By downloading, installing, or using the Discount application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the App.
Gingko Lab grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Mac) that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

The App and all its content (source code, design, icons, text) are the exclusive property of Gingko Lab and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
The App is available free of charge with all its calculation features.
The App collects no personal data. All data is stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
Gingko Lab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, without notice and without liability. Gingko Lab may release updates that change the App's features.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Gingko Lab does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gingko Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including any purchasing decisions made based on calculations performed by the App.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux (France), unless applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and its subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
